Each color page is separated from the following one by a blank page and all the pages are printed on one side only. There are 53 chromolithographed pages plus the title page. Hinges neatly reinforced, repair to cloth at spine tip. About 12 pages are missing a small piece from the corner margin. Rare. Good+. $500.  SOLD
